Now retired she continues her involvement with England at a national level as a National Age Group Coach and Centrally Contracted Coach and has coached england hockey GK's throughout all the age groups and seniors for 10 years. Outside of hockey, Kelly runs her own business so if you ever need a Personal Trainer, need Injury Treatment or Sports Massage in the Nottingham area then contact her. |
The philosophy of the Body Project is to provide a specialist performance and corrective exercise service at a specifically-equipped clinic to optimise fitness, health and well-being. As if this wasn't enough Kelly is also the fitness expert for Sainsbury's, Boots, Glamour magazine, Marieclaire magazine, Woman & Home magazine, North Staffordshire NHS Essentials magazine & Nutracheck.co.uk |
