Upgrading from basic to Full: Q: I have upgraded to a full member and still cannot access the locked content, does it take time to process? A: Upgrading from basic to full membership is instant, but you will need to log out of your HH account and then back in for the changes to be operative.
Forgotten Username: Q: I have forgotten my username how do access it? A: If you contact info@hardcorehockey.co.uk, we can re-send you your username.
Forgotten password: Q: I have forgotten my password how do access it? A: If you use the quick link at the top left of the home page under the login details you can follow simple steps to change your password
Step 1 click on 'forgotten your password?'
Step 2 Enter your username and request password reset.
Downgrade or cancel your subscription to HH: Q: How do I cancel my membership or subscription to Hardcore Hockey?
A: Basic members Since you do not subscribe to the full features of the Hardcore Hockey site, no payments are made on your account. If you wish to suspend your basic membership account for any reason you may request this by email to - info@hardcorehockey.co.uk A: Full members - annual payments Your account allows full access for 12 months from your original payment, toward the end of this period we will contact you to warn you that your subscription is due to expire and allow you to subscribe again. You do not have to subscribe for another year, if you do nothing then we will not take any payment. Your account will automatically be downgraded from full to basic access after your 12-month subscription period. If you visit the 'My Details' section you will find information on your membership level and expiry date at the top of the section. A: Full members - monthly payments Your account allows you full access every month until such a time as you decide to downgrade to basic membership or to switch to annual payments. If you visit the 'My Details' section then you will be presented with two options, to switch to annual payments or to downgrade to basic membership. Simply click on the option you wish to pursue and they system will guide you through the simple steps. You may downgrade your monthly payment account at any point before your next payment date (this date is shown at the top of the screen in My Details) this will ensure that no payment is taken. If you follow the downgrade process mid-way through your payment month, your full membership access will continue until the end of the month you had paid for. |
